The goal of the project:
to improve competencies of 8 LT lectures, trainers and training experts in delivering training for enterprises (analysing enterprises training needs, designing training programmes, using customer tailored training-learning methods, learning possibilities of using informal learning for enterprise training, etc.) and improving the relationships with world of work. Cooperation between Higher Education Institutions and World of work helps to improve continuing education in enterprises and lifelong learning.

Project objectives:
1. Analyze the experience of foreign partners delivering training for enterprises, to get acquainted with the challenges the enterprises confront in cooperation with training providers - Higher Education Institutions;
2. Meet with representatives from enterprises benefiting from training providers;
3. Meeting with Training providers;
4. Share the Lithuanian experience of providing training in enterprises.

Project results:
1. Visit report in the CD about the experience of Lithuanian and foreign partners on cooperation between Higher Education Institutions and world of work.
2. Article in „Baltic Journal of Management“
3. Article in periodical press
4. Dissemination seminar for higher education institutions and world of work representatives
5. The acquired information is disseminated during contacts with students
